
MEET THE TEACHER
Hi, my name is Dayana, and I’ll be your Pilates teacher. My passion for fitness began over 15 years ago when I first discovered weight training and running, which started my love for fitness. Later on, due to an injury, I found Pilates, and it became a pivotal part of my fitness journey. This experience led me to qualify as a teacher, so I can help others on their path to becoming stronger and healthier.
I am a qualified Pilates Teacher, Personal Trainer, and Barre Instructor with expertise in Advanced Anatomy & Physiology, Advanced Resistance Training, Exercise for Fat Loss, Functional Training, Circuit Training, Core Training, Kettlebell Training, TRX Suspension Training, and Nutrition & Weight Management.
My goal is to educate and motivate my clients to move with confidence and feel empowered in their bodies. I am passionate about helping my clients feel strong by sharing my knowledge of strength training and Pilates. My teaching style perfectly blends athletic, functional exercises with both contemporary and classical Pilates techniques.
Currently, I am studying for a Level 4 Diploma specialising in Pre & Post Natal, RSPH Nutrition Coaching with Meal Planning, Lower Back Exercises, and Exercise Referral.
You can find me teaching Mat, Reformer, and Barre classes, along with offering 1:1 sessions, across Berkshire and the surrounding areas, as well as online and on YouTube.
