Hi, my name is Dayana and I will be your in-person trainer or online coach. My passion for fitness started over 10 years ago when I discovered weight lifting and fell in love with it.


I mainly focus on empowering women in the gym space and throughout their fitness journey. My number one priority is to ensure that you, as my client, will achieve your goals by enjoying the 1-1 training sessions with me. I will help you gain confidence and become more comfortable in the gym space or online sessions by educating you as much as possible on the topic of wellness, fitness & nutrition.


I will guide you in the gym or online by creating a personalised fitness plan in order to improve your exercise form and technique, provide you with female focused nutrition advice and taking an in-depth look at your diet, calories and macronutrients.

I am a qualified Advanced Personal Trainer, having knowledge of Advanced Anatomy and Physiology, Advanced Resistance Training, Exercise for Fat Loss, Pre and Post Natal, Functional Training, Circuit Training, Core Training, Kettlebell Training, TRX Suspension Training, as well as Nutrition and Weight Management.

I am currently studying to obtain a Level 4 Diploma specialising in Pilates, RSPH Nutrition Coaching with Meal Planning abilities, Lower Back Exercise, Exercise Referral Specialist.
