MEET THE COACH
Hi, my name is Dayana and I will be your in-person trainer or online instructor. My passion for fitness started over 15 years ago when I have first discovered Weights and Running and fell in love with fitness. Later on I discovered Pilates due to an injury, this path led to me qualifying as a teacher in order to help others with their journeys to become stronger and healthier.
My number one priority is to ensure that you are safe and will achieve your goals while enjoying the 1:1 sessions and classes with me while working hard. I will help you gain confidence and become more comfortable in the studio/gym space or online sessions by educating you as much as possible on the topic of wellness, fitness & nutrition.
I will guide you in the gym or online by creating a personalised training plan in order to improve your exercise form and technique. I will also take an in-depth look at your diet, calories and macronutrients and provide you with nutritional advice.

I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Pilates & Barre Instructor with knowledge of Advanced Anatomy & Physiology, Advanced Resistance Training, Exercise for Fat Loss, Pre and Post Natal, Functional Training, Circuit Training, Core Training, Kettlebell Training, TRX Suspension Training and Nutrition & Weight Management.

I am currently studying to obtain a Level 4 Diploma specialising in RSPH Nutrition Coaching with Meal Planning abilities, Lower Back Exercise, Exercise Referral Specialist.​
